Hey guys, we went to the Shark Tooth Capital of the world! The Shark Tooth Capital is quite near our new home in the sandy and rocky banks of Casperson Beach, Venice, Florida!
Some stuff to know:
1. You’re probably going to be like, “Whaaaaa? Why are they black?” It’s because ages ago in the time of the dinosaurs, Florida was submerged! These teeth are fossilized! That’s why they are black.
2. Some long ones are actually barracuda teeth!
3. Casperson Beach has some rough currents, so there are tons of teeth! You’ll notice some are shards.
Without further ado, here’s what we found on our day trip! (Napkin used for scale purposes.)
